After removing the springs protective riparian corridor (a tree belt), now there is clear evidence of landslides and massive erosion taking place after each heavy rain. All that is need to free the very large and now unobstructed (forest is gone) boulder above, is a 6 to 7.0 Earth Quake. This would certainly liquefy the now saturated soils above this site and make this environmental disaster complete.
