The building is less than one km away from the A81, it’s quiet and surrounded by green areas. The maisonette is fully furnished; coach, dining table set, closets, iron table, iron, Dyson vacuum cleaner, 1.80 bed, dresser, nightstand, clothes horse, TV, etc. The kitchen isle has plenty of cabinets and an induction plate, it’s fully equipped with WMF pans, pots and cutlery, Nespresso machine, mixer, toaster, plates, glasses and utensils. The apartment includes one underground parking space and a new Bosch washing machine in the washing room. There is no Kehrwoche. All utilities are included, TV and radio fee, internet, water, electricity, trash, gas, etc. No storage unit is included.
