I am renting my studio apartment in Kreuzberg from September 8th until October 15th, with a possibility to extend contract longer.

The studio is located in one of the hippest neighbourhoods of Berlin, Kreuzberg, right by the Landwehrkanal canal. One large room with high ceilings, separate kitchen and a bathroom. Bright and a quiet place, situated in a courtyard.

The apartment is surrounded by numerous coffee shops, restaurants, bars, street markets, grocery stores and much more. Located close to Hasenheide and Gorlitzer parks and right next to U8, 1U and U3 and M29 bus.

The studio comes with all the utilities, full kitchen, bedsheets, towels etc. Queen size bed with a new mattress and a new washing machine.

800€ per month, plus deposit of 400€. I am looking for a mature individual, someone who is respectful and will take good care of the place, and be respectful to the neighbours.
