The luxurious KOE126 Loft has been furnished by M.C. Gollub, an interior designer from Berlin. The idea was to create a modern, urban living space which has the convenience of a high-end establishment. The result was a mirror to the colorful city of Berlin, functional, spacious and light with modern design elements, such as leather sofa by Ligne Roset, a Pantone chair or the original Zanzibar door. The kitchen has been hand crafted and the Bose sound system is connected also to the bathroom. The bedroom has a minimal design to allow a restful sleep by avoiding interference from electronic equipment as much as possible. The bathroom is designed to be functional but also a relaxing space, with a large tropical shower and a long bathtub that can comfortably fit up to two people. The loft is ideally suited for people who need or want to stay in Berlin for a longer period. The apartment comes fully furnished, with all needed amenities such as soap, towels, bed linen, etc. Regular cleanup is not included, but can be arranged upon request. At rental start you will sign a time limited rent contract and deposit a guarantee payment of 3 months rental equivalent, which will be returned at the end of the rental period. A private parking space is included.
