I'm moving out of my apartment located in a perfect spot in the middle of Neustadt. Location couldn't be better, with bars, restaurants, super-markets and public transport less than a minute away by foot.

The owner rents the apartment with no furniture at all but I'm selling most of my stuff which I bought 2y ago. I'm including: bed, mattress, wardrobe, couch, tables, shelves, TV (big one), washing machine and a lot of other things. It's got a small cellar and (shared) washing area.

The kitchen is fully equipped and it comes with apartment - it was already included when I moved in.

The apartment will be available from 1/Aug and I could probably give the keys away a few days earlier. Please note that I am not re-renting the apartment, you would be talking directly with the real state agency and you would have to sign a contract with them directly.

The apartment is in perfect conditions, ready for you to move in. It's ideal for a single person or a couple - the bed is pretty big ;)
