The 2 room altbau flat with balcony is located in Karl-Marx Straße, Neukölln in a beautiful old building, all windows and also the balcony looking to a big and beautiful yard and getting a lot of sunlight.
It is in a very good condition and freshly renovated and very modern. It has one big and one medium room. WG possible as no rooms are connected. There is a very modern fitted kitchen consisting of upper and lower cabinets, an induction stove, oven, extractor fan, a sink and plenty of room. The bathroom has a shower and there is a separate WC. It is on the top floor of the building which is the 3rd floor with no elevator.

The flat and the surroundings are very calm and quiet. It is very well connected as U Grenzalle is just 2 mins walking distance also S Bahn Ring is 600m away. Highway access is just around the corner. Lidl, Real, Rossmann and BioCompany are very closeby. One of the absolute oases of Neukölln, the Körnerpark, is also within 10 minutes walking distance. There is also a hardware store and garden center next door.

In overall very friendly, tolerant and international neighborhood. On the ground floor of the front building there is an art gallery that invites the tennants often to events. There are regular workshops in the large yard.

Die Wohnung ist hell und freundlich und liegt in einer angenehmen Gemeinschaft von Nachbarn mit einem riesigen bepflanzten Innenhof und eigener Werkstatt. Der Zustand ist frisch saniert und sehr modern. Optimal lässt sich die Wohnung in kleines Schlafzimmer und großes Wohnzimmer aufteilen. Der kleine Balkon liegt zur Sonnenseite und ist ein sonniges, ruhiges Plätzchen. Da es das oberste Stockwerk ist gibt es auch keine Nebengeräusche von Nachbarn.


Es ist sehr ruhig hier und ein Einkaufszentrum befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Der U-Bhf. Grenzallee sowie Autobahnanbindung befinden sich direkt vor der Haustür. Auch ist der S-Bahn-Ring Neukölln zu Fuß in 5 Minuten erreichbar. Einer der absoluten Oasen Neuköllns, der Körnerpark, ist ebenfalls in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar und etwas höher das Tempelhofer Feld. Außerdem gibt es einen Baumarkt und Gartencenter nebenan.


Wer diesen Teil Neuköllns nicht kenn wird überrascht sein wie einladend und liebevoll das Gebäude durch die tolle Nachbarschaft gestaltet ist. Im Erdgeschoss des Vorderhauses befindet sich eine Kunstgallerie die öfter zu Events einladen. Im großen Hof finden regelmäßig Workshops statt.
