We have two big rooms in that flat. Myself and one another male uses them. But there is still space for a one more peron in the sleeping room. Most of the time, I am travelling for job or on vacation.
The sleeping room is divided in storage room and private area using wardrobes/cabinets. (Check picture for details.)
We use the storage to store books, furniture, clothes etc. So the use is kept to minimum.
There are pictures of sleeping room in the advertisement.
The Room is furnished. It has bed, matress, chair, wardrobes, Table and lamps etc.
Rent is including heating, internet, electricity etc. Parking is available in front of house.

Wir haben zwei große Zimmer in dieser Wohnung. Sie werden von mir und einem anderen Mann genutzt. Aber es gibt noch Platz für eine weitere Person im Schlafzimmer. Die meiste Zeit bin ich beruflich unterwegs oder im Urlaub.
Das Schlafzimmer ist in einen Abstellraum und einen privaten Bereich mit Schränken unterteilt. (Siehe Bild für Details.)
Wir nutzen den Abstellraum, um Bücher, Möbel, Kleidung usw. zu lagern. Die Nutzung ist also auf ein Minimum beschränkt.

Das Zimmer ist möbliert. Es hat Bett, Matratze, Stuhl, Schränke, Tisch und Lampen etc.
Die Miete ist inklusive Heizung, Internet, Strom etc. Ein Parkplatz ist vor dem Haus vorhanden.

The apartment is near to city center and still with parking place and quiet.

Green park in front of house. It is very good running track.


WG living is easier. All coooking utensils are available. You do not need to bring anything. The flat is very clean and kept clean.

The building is occupied with students, so environment is relaxed. I go for my job about 0700-0800 and come back at around 1600-1700.
