We are renting our beautiful apartment while on holidays: from 11.07-27.08.

THE TOTAL RENT FOR THE WHOLE STAY IS 2800€ (+1000€ deposit).

The apartment is located at the heart of Schillerkietz. It’s on a 4th floor. High ceilings, wooden floors.

Every room is spacious and has big windows. There’s a lot of natural light and wind flows through during the warm summer days and nights. We also have a great fan for those that need an extra breeze!

The kitchen is fully equipped: fridge, washing machine, even a kitchen aid! It has also everything you need for cooking and a table for bright breakfasts.

The bedroom is next to it: big bed (1,60x2m), shelves and a desk with chair. It has yellow curtains, which makes even grey days be colorful in the mornings.

We have another room that we use for playing music/being creative/hang out with friends.

The living room is very spacious, big dining table, projector &screen, comfortable couch, big window.

The bathroom has a bathtub and is enormous! It has got a lot of light and there’s enough space for hanging your clothes & dance at the same time :).

The apartment is also very green: we have many plants! We would love if you have a green thumb so we don’t come back to a sad cemetery :)

The apartment is located in Schillerkiez- Neukölln. After 9 years in Berlin, hands down to say this is one of the best areas, specially on summer!

You have really EVERYTHING around:

Supermarkets: Lidl, Edeka, BioCompany, Rewe, Eurogida, Aldi… and a beautiful farmers market every Saturday.

Bars& Cafes& restaurants. Your apetito will be very satisfied wherever you decide to stop.

Parks: Tempelhofer Feld, Hasenheide, Körnerpark. Do not miss out the open air swimming pool at Columbiadamm or the open air cinema in hasenheide!

Second hand stores in every corner.

Cinemas: open air cinema hasenheide, neues off, rollbergkino are really at walking distance.

Public transport: U8 Boddinstr. (4 min), bus M43/166(2 min), Sbhan Hermannstr. 15 min. or 2 ubhan stations.

Check out the Berliner Kindl Brauerei for cool exhibitions or the club Schwutz for a boogie!
Also most likely you can find parties in the parks:).

Do not miss the different events happening on the streets or at the church on Herrfurthstr.!

We are looking for a responsible, clean couple or small family. We don’t want it to be a WG.

The deposit is asked to be transacted before your arrival and will be returned a week after your departure. We will do a subletting contract for both parties feel safe. We have experience with renting our apartment and we feel better this way.

Since we have many plants, we would love to have someone with a green thumb that could take care of them (water them one time per week. If you are into singing, you can also sing along to cheer them up hehe).

The dates are pretty fixed, but let us know if you have any specific questions, we can talk about extending if needed.


Visitings can be done this Saturday 29.06 in the morning or online. If the day doesn’t suit your schedule, let us know when it would be best :)
