The apartment is 55m2 large, including 2 rooms and a separate kitchen. It is in a well-insulated new build in a quiet neighborhood, and comes with underfloor heating as well as blackout curtains. Cool in the summer and warm in the winter, you barely need to use the underfloor heating.
The apartment is only a few blocks away from the lake, with multiple grocery stores within walking distance. Also close is the tram stop Albertinenstr which takes you to Alex in under 20 minutes.
The apartment is furnished, the warm cost covers everything (including internet and electricity) and does not exceed what I pay for it myself.

I’m putting it up for rent because I moved in with my partner last year. Minimum rental period is 6 months, maximum 1 year with possibility of extension. Anmeldung is unfortunately not possible, at least in the first year.
