The furnished rooms for rent are relatively spacious and offer enough space and comfort for temporary reprieve in the outskirts of Berlin. I will be away until end of July 2024, which is why I am looking for a subtenant in the interim.

The smoke-free apartment is located near the Friedenskirche and is therefore conveniently close to the TH Wildau, the train station and the A10 Center. Sufficient parking spaces are available near the apartment.

The rent would be EUR 180 per week bills included plus a small deposit of EUR 270. As this would be a weekly sublet, I would kindly ask for full payment in advance for the time of the stay.
