I am sub-letting my furnished sunny and calm 2-room flat (56sqm), located between Treptower park and kreuzberg for 2 weeks (18 June – 3 July)
My flat is made up a living room (desk and monitor, big screen TV, small dining table); separate bedroom with view on the trees; large balcony with sofa and coffee table; separate kitchen, and bathroom with bathtub. The flat is bright, quiet and I have many plants.I am looking for a quiet sub-letter (absolutely no parties or loud activities), no smoking. Pet could be allowed depending on the situation.
Week: 350 euro / 650 for 2 weeks. This is one person only, if a couple the price will change slightly.
Deposit 400 euro; and ideally proof of liability insurance, but not a must
