It is too big for us but perfect for a family or anyone looking for a bigger space.
It is on the 4th floor, no elevator, Altbau, with a nice playground in the back.

As we live in 2 places for now, I can also add to the exchange my place in Jungstrasse (Fhani) , which is a 1 room apartment (30sqm), 1 st floor, 5 min walking from Boxhagener Platz.

* The pictures only show the living room , kitchen and the corridor. After the kitchen there is the bathroom and at the end of the corridor are the 2 bedrooms (left and right) and the built in closet. I can happily show the rest once some interest is shown.
