Your room: the room is very bright and cozy. The kitchen is fully fitted with cooking equipment, utensils and washing machine.

The room costs 439 EUR per month (incl. Nebenkosten) + 12 EUR (internet) per month to be paid to one of the flatmate.


Location: the flat is located super close to U8 Pankstr (you literally see it from the window). You walk along Badstrasse and find Lidl, REWE, Bolu, Woolworth, DM, Sparkasse etc.

In addition you are 5 mins walking distance from U8/all Sbahn Gesundbrunnen and U8/U9 Osloerstr. Also from Gesundbrunnen you have the train FEX taking you straight to BER-Airport in 25 mins.

Pank WG life: this is an international WG (Irish, Turkish, Turkmenistan), speaking English and German, but other languages are welcome!

Your flatmates have a full time job, so everybody is quite busy but still enjoy some spare time together in the kitchen or living room after a long working day. Everything is well organized in the fully furnished flat, so it is easy to concentrate on your work/study.

WG Leben: The flat share is for chilled people to relax after work, therefore no parties/ no animals no smoking in the room. You can agree with others to smoke at the window in the kitchen or living room! Of course you can have friends coming over
The room is not suitable for a couple.

Who are we looking for: we are looking for a rockstar between 25 and 40 years old - whether you are a young professional, university student, trainee etc that’s the place for you. A proof of income would be nice

We are looking for someone who keeps the room and the flat clean, respectful with other’s stuff, but still enjoys his/her life outside of that flat as well was with the flatmates.
