I am planning to move out from the neat and lovely 1-room studio apartment in February, and I am looking for a new tenant. The flat would be perfect for 1 person, but 2 people can live there as well.

The flat is located in Ginnheim and is well connected to the city center.

- With Tram 16 you can reach Bockenheimer Warte in 8 min.
- The same Tram will get you to Hauptbahnhof in ca. 20 min.
- It’s only 15 min. to Campus Westend with a bike or bus.
- And within 10 min. walking reach you’ll find 2 REWEs and Lidl.

The apartment itself has wonderful floor-to-ceiling windows, so it’s always very sunny here. There’s also an installed modern kitchen with a microwave, dishwasher, stove, refrigerator, and oven. In the basement, you can find a washer, dryer and bike parking. There is also a private flat basement room (Keller).

Kaltmiete is 740€, Warmmiete for 1 person would be aroung 840€, which also includes the Internet. You will only pay additionally for the electricity.
I am taking all the furniture with me, but would be glad to leave the sofa for a small price.
