The living room + balcony are facing Wildenbruch park and the Landwehrcanal so you have a view into greenery. The bus station is 3 minutes away, which brings you quickly to Rathaus Neukölln or Treptower Park.

It is most of the time easy to find a parking spot in front of the door or in short walking distance. There is a courtyard to lock your bike in the back of the building.

The closest supermarket is 200m away and you have plenty of restaurants, cafes and bakeries in close walking distance. It is a 5 minutes walk to Weserstraße where you find lots of cozy bars and nice second hand shops.

Pets are unfortunately not allowed.
No smoking inside allowed.

Monthly costs: 2200€ cold + 200€ house money + electricity+gas+internet to be paid by you (currently we pay 200€ for this with Ökostrom/gas + Vodafone Internet, but you can also find better deals I assume, so these costs are flexible)
