The apartment is located in a quiet neighbourhood of Rummelsburg, at the border to Friedrichshain. It is a spacious two room apartment. Large windows in the 2 room apartment ensure that the flat is flooded with light. The apartment comes with open kitchen and dining area, a bedroom, bathroom and a private balcony. A dishwasher is not included, however a slot is available, and the dishwasher can be installed if the tenant would like to.

Since the apartment is brand new & under construction, a physical viewing can only be arranged from the 15th of June onwards.
The apartment is well connected to other parts of the city. The basic amenities such as grocery stores are nearby. Two major supermarkets Aldi Nord and Kaufland just a few meters away from the apartment. There are various restaurants and cafes present in the vicinity of the apartment.. The most happening neighbourhood in Berlin, Friedrichshain is minutes away from the apartment.
