Hello,
I'm moving out of Berlin and am looking for a new tenant to take over the place and the contract.

The apartment is located in Spandauer Damm Str in Charlottenburg-Wilmersdorf. It is a 33m2 Edgeschosswohnung, which means it is on a street level.
It has been recently renovated and has all the necessary amenities (kitchen furniture, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, bathroom with a shower). Anmeldung is of course possible.

Net rent '(Warmmiete) is 871.59 EUR. Additional costs include electricity (about 47 EUR/month).

The contract is for a minimum of 1 year.

Viewings are possible this weekend (14-15.10) and next week after 17.00.

Important:
Landlord requires the new tenant to earn at least 3x the net rent. That means that they will only accept people earning 2614.77 EUR net. Please send me a message only if you fulfill this condition.
