Bedroom (approx. 16m^2): Features the same folding bed (180x200) with a comfortable mattress, a wardrobe, two shelves, and a large leather sofa.

Kitchen: Modern equipped with built-in cabinets and Bosch appliances, including refrigerator, stove, hood, oven, dishwasher and washing machine. All fixtures in the house are from "Grohe". Hot water is provided by instantaneous heating, which provides constant hot water in less than 10 seconds.

Bathroom: With a well-maintained bathtub. Tiles were already renewed in 2020.
