Welcome to our beautiful two bedroom apartment located on the top floor in a refurbished turn-of-the-century building right in the center of the city. With two cozy and quiet bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a balcony overlooking the buzz of the city below, you'll be perfectly situated to explore all that this vibrant urban hub has to offer.

We are moving to New York for a year and are looking for responsible and reliable renters who will sublet the apartment and take care of our home while we're away.

The whole apartment is a bright and airy place, with large windows, skylights and unobstructed views throughout. It is equipped with a threshold-free hardwood floor and all bedroom windows are fitted with opaque blinds if you want to sleep in during a bright Berlin summer.

The flat is fully furnished with everything you need to start your year in Berlin. It is an inviting and charming place that will make you feel right at home.

The open kitchen has a spacious living area perfect for relaxation and a sunny terrace with a stunning view of the Fernsehturm and Berlin Cathedral. The room boasts plenty of natural light with tall south facing windows and an additional skylight. You can cook your own meals in the fully equipped kitchen.

The bedrooms are designed to face the quiet, peaceful and green courtyard, allowing you to get a good night's sleep.

The master bedroom is spacious and airy, with large west and north-west windows that let in plenty of natural light during the day and beautiful golden sunlight during a slow sunset. Against one wall stands a piano, nearby, there is a cozy couch, dotted with colorful throw pillows to relax after your day about the city.
On the right wall as you enter the room, there are floor-to-ceiling bookshelfs, filled with books of all shapes, sizes, and colors. A large library of german and english books. It is peaceful and serene, with ample closet space to keep your belongings organized and a large desk with a stunning view for all your office needs.

The second bedroom is a versatile space, perfect for accommodating guests or serving as a home office. The room is filled with natural light that pours through the north-east-facing windows, creating a bright and refreshing ambiance granting gorgeous morning sunlight. It has a large, queen-sized bed flanked by two matching bedside tables. On the opposite wall, there is a sleek and functional desk with a comfortable chair, perfect for those who need to work from home or study. The desk has plenty of space for a computer, paperwork, and other office supplies. The large window above the desk offers a stunning view of the surroundings and provides a refreshing breeze during days when the weather is nice.
