Offered is a 3 room apartment in a calm street in spandau ( 8 min walk from U bahn or 3 Bus stations ).
im looking for only one person to rent the whole apartment. ( Untermiete )
I store Company papers and have some left behinde furniture in the apartment, and would like to keep my rare need and acces to them as i am moving to a second apartment just in the same building where my own companys office is.
this apartment i have renovated by my self from scratch, so dont want to let it go yet.
the furniture can ofcourse be used by the new person. and any other additional furniture can be bought by me as i would be renting it ( mobiliert ).
as a beginning 6 month rental with option for 6 more month. or shorter period is also ok.
looking for someone calm, and has a stable income. please no party or WG gatherings etc.
apartment is free from 05.07.2023.
4 floor building. alt bau and last floor.
2 of the 3 rooms have a view to a green space and no further buildings in sight ( 100% no need for curtains ), the passing trains can be seen everywhile which adds a nice touch to the view. ( perfect for writers or home office. )
