Unsere geliebte Wohnung wird aufgrund eines Auslandaufenthaltes zeitweise frei. Sie befindet sich im Dachgeschoss eines zentralen Altbaus mit wunderschönen sichtbaren Balken im Wohnraum. Vor einem Jahr haben wir die Wohnung liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Wohnung ist bei deinem Einzug vollständig möbliert, dies beinhaltet auch Handtücher, Matratze und Bettwäsche. Außerdem verfügt die Wohnung mit der Couch über ein großzügiges Gästebett. Durch den offene Wohnküche eignet sich die Wohnung ideal für eine Einzelperson oder ein Paar.

Die Lage unserer Wohnung ist einfach perfekt. Sie liegt direkt im Herzen Bayreuths. Zum Hofgarten sind es 5 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad. Dein neues Zuhause ist umgeben von Cafés und Kneipen. Die bayreuther Altstadt wartet darauf, entdeckt zu werden. Auf der berühmten Maximilianstraße bist du z.B. innerhalb von einer Minute zu Fuß. Die Wohnung ist außerdem durch die Nähe zum ZOH und Hbf ideal angebunden.

Our beloved apartment is temporarily vacant due to a stay abroad. It is located in the attic of a central old building with beautiful exposed beams in the living room. A year ago we have lovingly furnished the apartment. The apartment is fully furnished when you move in, this includes towels, mattress and bed linen. In addition, the apartment has a spacious guest bed with the couch. Due to the open kitchen-living room, the apartment is ideal for a single person or a couple.

The location of our apartment is just perfect. It is located directly in the heart of Bayreuth. It is 5 minutes by bike to the Hofgarten. Your new home is surrounded by cafes and pubs. The old town of Bayreuth is waiting to be discovered. On the famous Maximilianstraße, for example, you are within a minute's walk. The apartment is also ideally connected due to its proximity to the ZOH and the main train station.
