Platanenallee 18 is located in the best residential area of Berlin-Charlottenburg, district Westend, suburb "Villenkolonie Westend". Created in 1860, the Villenkolonie is one of the oldest villa areas in Berlin and is still considered a privileged and particularly preferred residential area today.
