The apartment has 3 separate large rooms: 31 sqm, 25 sqm & 26 sqm each. Since all the 3 rooms have privacy, it would be ideal for sharing.
A fitted kitchen is provisioned along with a washing machine. The flooring is of high-quality wood. A cellar compartment can be allocated on request.
