A fully furnished one-bedroom 70 sqm apartment, perfect for Luxembourg cross-border commuters, and including a gorgeous terrace overlooking the Mosel valley is available in Igel (DE) for a long-term rent from mid-July. The ground floor apartment is situated in a calm neighbourhood right next to a forest with train and bus stops just a five minute walk away. The building is originally a one-family house split into two completely separate apartments with the landlords occupying the upper floor as well as maintaining the garden around the house. The rental includes one parking spot in the yard just in front of the house as well as a less convenient spot in an unpaved parking lot for a second vehicle.
