Das Apartment beträgt 21,25 m², und ist ideal für jemanden, der arbeitet oder studiert.
Es befindet sich im 2. Stock.

Das Apartment ist vollmöbiliert (eigene Küsche, eigenes Badezimmer, ein Bett mit Matratze, einer Nachttisch, einer Schreibtisch, einer Stuhl, einer Kleiderschrank).

Die Küsche hat einen Backoffen und 2 Herdplatte. Den Backoffen kann man auch als Mikrowellenherd benutzen.
Die Waschmaschine und dem Trockner befinden sich unten im Erdgeschoss.

Alle Nebenkosten (Strom, Wasser, usw) sind im Mietpreis inbegriffen bzw. Inklusiv.
Die Meschen im anderen Apartment sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Wenn Sie Interesse haben, das Apartment zu mieten, können Sie mir gerne Bescheid sagen.
Ich setze Ihnen dann gleich mit meinem Vermieter in Verbindung und er kümmert alle Unterlagen, die erforderlich für den Mietvertrag sind.

I’m looking for a new tenant from April.

The apartment is 21,25 m², and ideal for worker or student.
The apatment is in 3rd floor (2nd floor in german floor system).

The apartment has all furnitures including kitchen, bathroom, bed with a matrix, bedside table, desk, chair, wardrobe).
Internet connection is also already prepared.

The kitchen has a baking oven and 2 stove. The backing oven has a microwave function as well.
The washing machine and dryer is in the keller, and the building has its own parking place for bicyle.

The rent fee includes all incidential costs including electricity, water bills etc.).
Other people living in this building are very kind and are willing to help if you have any questions.

If you have interest, please let me know. Then I will connect you to the landlord, so that you can receive all necessary document for the contract.

Die Lage ist sehr zentral.

zu Fuß
- circa 8 minuten bis zum Luisenplatz
- circa 10 minuten bis zum Hauptbahnhof
- circa 12 minuten bis zur TU Darmstadt

Man braucht auch nur 2-3 minuten zu Fuß bis zum Straßenbahn (Haltestelle: Rhein-Neckarstraße).

Mit straßenbahn braucht man circa 3 minuten bis Luisenplatz, 6 minuten bis Haupbahnhof und TU.

Supermark, Apotheke und Fittnisstidios sind auch in der Nähe
- Einkaufen 5 ~15 min zu Fuß (Rewe, Aldi, Netto, Al Natura, Euro Supermarkt, dm, rossmann)
