Hi! I am traveling and I want to subrent my flat (from November 29th to January 3). It is 12min walking from U Osloestrasse. 400m you find Kaufland and Lidl
The flat is 45m• including a big balcony.
The building is new (underfloor heating and good sound protection system which mean you will not hear your neighbors and you can sleep in peaaaace). The flat is sunny (yes even now in winter).

I moved very recently. It is still partially furnished. The furnitures you will find is 100% new. You will even use some new ones that I have not used yet.

Ps: There is no kitchen - you know how German flats are and the kitchen will take time to arrive.

The deposit is only 200 euros
