The flat
My home has a minimalist style, cozy, fully equipped, and well connected to central Berlin in 15-20 mins. It has 1 bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, and a small hallway. Every space is separated by doors and well distributed. The kitchen is equipped with utensils, an oven, a stove, a microwave, and a washing machine. In the bedroom, you will find a double bed, a wardrobe, and a desk with two chairs.

The area
Pankow is a charming residential area, it is well connected to central Berlin in 15 mins by bus, subway, or train. A bus stop is next to the building and a bike lane that takes you downtown is just one step of the door. Pankow, Prenzlauerberg and Mitte are just a few mins away and offer a variety of restaurants, bars, and shops. A sports park is nearby and offers a running lane and outdoor fields for training. There are plenty of parks around, such as Schlosspark Pankow or Mauerpark. The lakes and woods in the north of Berlin are also easily reachable (Liepnitzsee and Wandlitz).
