The house has a nice and spacious private yard with a barbecue area. A two-car garage is also available (not included in rent).
The house is in a small town (Enkenbach-Alsenborn) off the Autobahn, next to Sembach and also within the Kaiserslautern school district area. Everything including the train station, supermarkets (Aldi, Edeka, Wasgau, Penny), apothecary, restaurants, shops, local school etc. are just within a walking distance.
K-town and Landstuhl are both less than 20 mins away. Ramstein is less than 25 mins away.
