Hello Prospective tenant, If you are a couple or single person looking for a cozy 1.5 room apartment in one of the central and well-connected places in Frankfurt starting May 1st, 2022 then your wait is over.

There is a prerequisite to takeover some of the furniture in the apartment at a distant payment to be able to request for viewing appointment.

The apartment:
The apartment is on 1st floor in a 3 floor apartment building. The apartment has a very spacious living room with large windows. Even though the apartment doesn't have a balcony there is a common large open space viewed from all the three rooms (Living room, Kitchen, Bedroom) which can be accessed from common door. The floor area has a cupboard to store all your kitchen things and small area for keeping cleaning things. There is a common washing machine and drying area in the basement (The washing machine must be of the tenant). Also there is a storage room for the apartment and a common bicycle room. There is a possibility to check for parking space with the company who owns the apartment if required not mandatory.

Location and accessibility:
-Very close to tram/bus stop Schwarzwaldstr. (Line 15).
-Alternatively, you could also take Tram line 21, 12 and walk for 5 mins from Tram stop Triftstrasse easily. On other side with these lines you can reach Hauptbahhof, Konstablerwache and other prime areas within 20 mins.
-Airport is reachable under 20 mins with bus and S bhan Niederrad.
-Within 100m there are all the necessary shops Rewe, Rossmann, Bakery, Pizzahut, Doner shop, Barber shop, Cosmetic shop, Sparkasse bank, Laundry shop, Indian store, Kik shop, NKD shop, Cafes and many more...
-There are also some other big grocery stores Lidl, Edeka, Aldi within 1.5km
-Fitseveneleven gym can be reached by bike in 10 mins.
-Also in the area there are some play areas for football.

Required documents for tenancy are:
-Completed self-disclosure
-Copy of ID card
-Certificate of no rent arrears from the current landlord
-Proof of income for the last 3 months
-Proof of liability insurance

Viewing appointments will be held on 09.04 Saturday between 17-19 and 10.04 Sunday by agreement.
