A room is out for rent in student's hostel in Rostock ideal for students,interns, praktikants or those who need temporary place to stay for.The student room complex holds a bicycle storage place,laundry room with drier and washing maschine( 2 euros per wash),The complex is just 7 minute walk from S Bahn and bus stations.A tram is available in a walk of 7 minutes also.Ideal for people working in Aida as the beach is just 2 stops away from luttenklein through S bahn(Hardly 4km).Shopping malls like Marktkauf,netto,Penny is just 7 mins away and Lidl arung 12 mins away.The building is located at a very calm surrounding,quiet and peaceful.A sports ground is nearby and the beach is just 2 stops away!!
The room is fully furnished with a bed,a wardrobe and table and chair.There is unlimited ,fast internet available.A router can be provided on demand.There are two neighbors with whom the bathroom must be shared.The hallway infront of the room contains space for your belongings.Two additional fridges are also there in the hall.The bathroom is shower type and is very clean.The kitchen is shared with other students.Kitchen also contains a fridge and a cupboard for your cooking stuffs to be kept.
If you are a student,the contract can be changed to your name and the time of stay can be extended.In that case,a caution deposit of 250 euros is taken by the hostel authorities.Else,be my guest and you can stay at my place for any time as you wish.
