Aufgrund der Familiensituation musste ich aus meiner schönen Ein-Zimmer-Wohnung ausziehen. Sie hat einen kleinen Flur, ein Zimmer mit einer kleinen Einbauküche, und ein geräumiges Bad.

Sie ist perfekt für Einzelpersonen, die eine Wohnung in der Nähe des Stadtzentrums und Karli suchen.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoss auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite der Straße (also fast kein Lärm) und kommt mit hohen Schallschutzfenster und Türen.


Lage:

Die Wohnung liegt 3 Minuten von der Haltestelle "Südplatz" entfernt, so dass man theoretisch von zu Hause zum Haltestelle laufen kann, wenn man ihn hört und nicht verpassen möchte :)

Der Standort für diejenigen, die es nicht wissen, ist einer der attraktivsten Orte in Leipzig:
- viele Bars und Restaurants
- 10 min zu Fuß zum größten Park: Clara-Zetkin-Park, wo man seine Sport-Dosis machen, die Natur genießen oder einfach am Fluss chillen kann.
- 5 Min. zu Fuß zum Konsum, 10 Min. zum Aldi.

Auch lohnt sich zu erwähnen, dass die Straßen in der Nähe sind Fahrrad freundlich, so dass Sie fast jede Richtung sicher mit dem Fahrrad fahren können.

Sonstiges:

Ich habe dort ein paar Jahre gelebt und hatte kein einziges Problem. alles ist perfekt!

Due to the family situation i had to move out from my lovely one room apartment. It has a small hallway, a room with a small kitchen that cover all your needs and a spacious bathroom.
It is perfect for single people who are looking for a flat near the city center and near all the perks of Karli.
The Apartment is located in the ground floor on the opposite side of the street (so almost no noise) and comes with high sound isolation windows and doors.

The apartment located 3 mins walk from the tram stop "Südplatz" so theoretically you can run from home to the train station if you can hear it and don't want to miss it :)
The location for those who does not know it, is one of the most attractive places in Leipzig:
- Ton of bars and restaurants
- 10 min walk to the biggest Park: Clara-Zetkin-Park where you can do your dose of sports, enjoy the nature of just chill on the river.
- 5 min walk to Konsum, 10 mins to Aldi.

Also worth mentioning that the roads nearby are bike friendly so you can almost ride any direction safely with the bike.


I lived there for a few years and i did not have one single problem. everything is perfect.
