I am looking for a tenant from 1st of June(for long term, at least one year). It is a modern built apartment in Bahnstadt (Langer anger 44), with a kitchen and bathroom. It is furnished, with a single bed, tables, chairs and wardrobe. The kitchen is also fully fuctional with a small refrigerator, microwave, and lot of space for storage. The location is also very nice. There is a bakery just downstairs and a small river in front of the building. In few minutes walk you will reach walking paths and fields. This area have a lot of restaurents. Grocerry shopping (edeka, aldi), pharmacy and dm are only in walking distance. You can reach central railway station in less than 10 minutes by foot.
There are washing machines on the ground floor, which can be used with coins. Also there is a gym, which is not functional because of the covud situation and a big lounge where you can enjoy.
