I am looking for a new tenant as Nachmieter to take over my flat starting November 15 in 10629 Charlottenburg.

** This flat is not suitable for WG. **
** The precise starting date and final rent are yet to be confirmed by the landlord **
** In principle net income should be more than 3x cold rent **

- 2 room apartment in Gartenhaus, 2. OG
- separate entrance to each room
- originally furnished with EBK, eletric stove and fridge
- every room has a window (also bathroom!) facing west, full of natural light
- celler included, no balcony
- 5 min walking distance to two shopping areas: Wilmersdorfer Str and Kurfürstendamm. Numerous restaurants and bars in the neighborhood; supermarkets (Lidl, Rewe, Penny, Bio company, Alnatura), banks, gyms, pharmacies etc are also super easy to reach.


I would like to sell the following items for a total price of 250 Euro: Washing machine, dining desk, writing desk, shower curtain rail, illumination and in-wall hanger. Everything is around 1.5 years old and works perfectly.

Please prepare the following documents for your application later:
- Proof of income for the last 3 months
- Valid positive Schufa certificate (no more than 3 month old)
- Mietschuldenfreiheitsbescheingung
- Copy of your id/passport

The house viewing will take place on tomorrow afternoon with social distancing and viewers are required to wear face masks.
