Hey there, We are renting out our couples apartment as we're going to travel over the winter. The whole house complex is very bright, freshly renovated, quite and safe.  The loft has very high ceilings and is filled with bright daylight. It consists of one main living room including an American kitchen and a balcony. There is a smaller bedroom with a Queen size bed and we have a very large bathroom with a shower and bathtub, which is perfect for the cold Berlin winter. Our apartment is fully equipped regarding furniture, entertainment or kitchen appliances which you are free to use. At Chausseestrasse you are located in the heart of the city in district 'Mitte'.  Many POI's like museums, bars, restaurants, shops or sightseeing spots are located in walking distance. Your closest public transport station is called 'Naturkunde Museum'. The next bigger hub is down the street called 'Friedrichstrasse'.  Most hip restaurants and shops in close distance are located near Rosenthaler Straße or Weinmeister Strasse. We are open to any applicants but will prefer singles or couples who will treat our home with love and respect. Feel free to get in touch for a visit. We are open for date changes. So far we planned to move end of October and come back in March, but we're flexible.
