The apartment is located 5mins away from the bus which can take you to the city center in 20 mins, U Bahn Rathaus Steglitz is also 10mins away along with the S Bahn Sudende.

The apartment is on the ground floor and is mainly furnished with an additional washing machine, smart tv with access to Netflix and youtube, and heating.

The rent includes all additional costs that you may need like wifi and heating so they are no extra bills.

I search for a respectful person to take over my place while I am away and this would be really cool.
